What services do you provide?
Individual counseling for adolescents (14+) and adults.
what is the session fee?
My fee is $160 per 50 minute session.
Is Your office ADa accessible?
My office has 3 steps up to the front door, which means it is not considered ADA-accessible for individuals using wheelchairs or other mobility aids. We are currently working on alternative options such as a portable ramp for building access. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and am committed to serving all clients. To ensure everyone can access services, we could discuss alternative options such as virtual options on a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Do you offer sliding scale spots?
Yes; I am a proud member of the Project Heal Healers Circle. This is an organization that provides lower rate or pro-bono therapy session to those with financial need. You can inquire and apply on the Project Heal website. I am grateful to be partnered with such an amazing organization that makes therapy accessible.
How long/ frequent are sessions?
Session are 45-50 minutes in length. Typically, we will meet 1x per week, or every other week. The frequency of sessions will be determined by your needs. The duration of our therapeutic relationship will also depend on ongoing assessment of progress. Some people benefit from a long term therapeutic relationship and others find benefit in a finite amount of sessions.
what is your apporach to therapy?
Feel free to head over to About Me to learn more about my approach. I strive to ensure the therapy space is tailored to your needs as an individual. I utilize evidenced based practices while working collaboratively with you in sessions to ensure your needs are being met.
do you accept insurance?
I am an Out of Network (OON) Provider so I do not accept insurance directly. I can provide what is called a Superbill for out of network reimbursement. This means that you will pay out of pocket, and then you can submit an invoice directly to your insurance for reimbursement if you have OON coverage in your insurance plan.
what is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations of sessions. If the session is not canceled in the allotted time, you will be charged the session fee.
